If I could give a 0 star I would, I'm not one to complain but this has got to be the worst bus line ever. Horrible experience first of all there is no one ever at the greyhound station in Tulare California, first time I purchase a ticket I was at the station 30 min early the bus never showed. I ask to get a refund they denied they can only give me a credit voucher. 2nd time I tried to use the line they told me I needed to print my ticket at the station keep in mind there is no one in the station is never open. I have waited there since 5 40 am the bus is behind 40 minutes I cannot print my ticket because there is no one at the terminal. The representative told me the bus driver was suppose to let me bored with my confirmation number if he saw the terminal was close he saw the terminal close and either way he did not let me bored the bus, he slammed the doors on my and took off. I called to get a refund being this is the 2nd time I have problems with them and there denying a refund once again. Who the he'll wants to use this line again after having issues every single time. People please I encourage you to not use this line again they are garbage. Should have the option to give a big fat ZERO!!!!!!poor excuse of customer service.
