Bad service. Per my first phone call, the guy seemed to be pretty helpful. I tried coming in on a Saturday to sign up, office was closed despite posted office hours that it was to be open. I called Monday morning, and was told he was with a customer but would call me back. He called me back at the end of the day. When I told him that I had signed up elsewhere, he hung up before I could finish my sentence.
