0 Stars! Never seen so much disgusting filth in my life. Excrement and mold under bed, along with used condom wrappers! Complained to management, sent a 90 year old man to clean. Smelled like mold and old ashtray upon return. Hair on pillows. Dirt on bed. Floors never cleaned. A real nightmare. Management neither apologized and refused refund. Said "Next time we give you clean room!" So, you do have clean rooms??!?!
