Be really careful if you decide to buy a coffee machine from this company. If you have any problems with it, they will give you the run around and make you wait to come out and service it. They quoted me over the phone a $50 service call charge and then $90 an hour for a tech to look at it and try to figure out how to fix the problem.
I called last Monday and was told they would come out on Tuesday. Tuesday turned into Thursday which turned into Friday and now the following Monday its 3 PM and still no one has been by to fix our machine. I called earlier today to check when a tech would be out cause I was promised last Thursday that we would be the first service call on Monday. I call was my was rudely answered by someone saying the would be out about 2 PM and that no service calls were going to happen in the morning.
We were really thinking about upgrading our machine but NO WAY!!! Not with company!!! Just Horrible customer service!
