Its ridiculous that all these goodwills are jacking prices up on hand me down, donated , items...the whole purpose of thrift store shopping is that you can find awesome deals on items...for pennies on the dollar...now at goodwill you can't find any deals and some of the stuff is just outright over priced...then on top of that what ever the color of the week is I can find very few items with that color tag...its becoming more like a gimmick to get you in the store...also any items that are in good condition are "specially marked" which means they really jack up the prices on those items...so basically they've taken all the fun out of thrift store shopping and tried to exploit it...I'm just wondering how long other "thrifters" are going to put up with it because I'm done shopping there...its a waste of time and if I wanted to pay top dollar for items I would just buy them new...I also wonder what percentage of goodwills profits actually gets donated to good cause...10%?...15%? Who cares about the "super friendly" staff....if I had my hand in your wallet I would be super friendly too...its not rocket science.
