have gotten quite a few bills from my insurance company after being told explicitly that I was covered. You guys gave me a device that cost less than 200 dollars at the medical device store and billed 890 dollars for it??? It's still there sitting in my trunk, I haven't even used it, the doctor said I needed to come back so he could teach me how to do it!!! And now you want to charge me for this? Also, I never had a physical therapy session and was billed for 3! Office visits, I only went to 1 and am being charged for 2, with completely different amounts. When I came in I was told you had contacted my insurance and the deductible had been met and "I was good"to get the injections and the sessions with the chiropractor. Now Im stuck with a bill of over 1000 for ONE adjustment and ONE appointment with ONE injection??? The other stuff I got done was covered under my groupon which is what I was told the first time I stepped in there and people took me around from one person to the other. This is a completely dishonest practice. You guys recommended 16 sessions total for my treatment and if I hadn't had to travel and cancel my appointments I would have seen what? a 16K bill?? That is completely insane!
