Stingiest place I've ever been to that will try to squeeze every dime out of a college student because they're the only place available to eat anywhere close. - they actually tried to charge me 30 cents for a cup of tap water, and when I asked for a side of soy sauce with my rice bowl which I paid $8 for, they tried to charge me an extra 25. A lot of nerve to try and charge people for that, especially when the food isn't that good
