They killed my grandpa, trying to do a simple procedure. He should've been in and out, but they didn't check for any problems. He has breathing problems, and they put him under anesthesia which you aren't suppose to do with his condition. They also left his contacts in his eyes, and didn't even contact any of us (his family) that he was actually going in for a procedure. A few of the doctors were nice about letting us know about the bad news, but some were inconsiderate and didn't care at all. Some lady doctor said this stuff happens all the time, as if it was a joke.
