Purchased a used PS4, the worker "Alyssa R" claimed adamantly to have "checked it 3 times" before selling it to me. Once I opened it up at home I realized there were dead roaches throughout the box. Called and she said she should be able to give me a discount on another system. When I got there they began to harass me, and made me wait an hour to get my money back because I didn't want to purchase another used system from them after they refused to give me a discount. Manager Rick or Nick decided to hide in the back room for an hour in an attempt to avoid me. When he did finally come back he began to attempt to accuse me of putting the cockroaches in there, rather than apologizing for the mistake. I will never shop at Gamestop again. This place in particular is disgusting, and the employees are uncapable of respecting their customers and obviously imcopetent if they didn't see the dead roaches throughout the box before selling me the product if they did in fact check it "3 times". I'll be calling the corporate office as soon as possible. Hopefully there is an HR department. There needs to be new staff at the very least.
