Had to place a web in store order since the website refused to allow my free 2 day shipping for being a $30 elite member. After an hour finally got the order placed. Waited a week for it to process, only to close/cancel instead.
Went into the store to refund the gift card I was forced to use to place the order (same lady who helped me last time at least). She was rather curt and unapologetic for my $150 order being canceled without reason and very dismissive of the problems this caused me so close to Christmas. Minimizing my shopping here from now on, going to stick with Amazon who understands how orders work.
