Went in there today to buy a gift for my brother for Christmas. I had a guy be incredibly rude to me and my man. Talk down to both of us over trying to buy a game without an ID. I respected what he said and understood completely it was store policy. What was completely unnecessary was putting my man down about not having his ID with him and making it seem like he didn't have a license at all. That to me seemed very very unprofessional. And didn't need to be said. I've worked in customer service before and understand there's a certain way to talk to a customer and other ways that not needed. I ended up buying my younger brother's gift and leaving. What I will say is that he was incredibly unprofessional and it left a nasty taste in mouth. I get that he was following store policy. But please keep your snide and rude comments to yourself.
