It used to be a great store, but now their customer service is not the best. The people that work there should be knowledgeable about their products, offers, and games. When trying to ask about a product ththey all ook at you like you are speaking in a different language. My 10yr old son had to literally pull out the info on my phone to show them what he was talking about, even though it was on their website.
