Great Customer Service, pretty much a front for the Hispanic non-english speaking techs. Took car in for servicing because the engine was slowly burning the engine oil. Dash cam FOOTAGE of no work being done on the car, and getting the car back with the bill. I guess that's what happens when it's not a clear visible repair job. Great place! If you need a White Lie instead of actual repair, THIS IS THE PLACE TO VISIT! The engine malfunction is a known problem and is covered under Toyota's extended warranty for that specific engine. TOLD and WAS TOLD I would not have to pay for any of the inspection (Inspection and Repair is covered by the warranty). Guess what was slipped into the bill after I try to leave. Charge for Inspection. Bunch of lazy snakes who work here. Anything that requires more work than an oil change. Be wary

I absolutely love Frontier Toyota. Since my first service experience for my Toyota Prius 2012 there I am a lifelong customer. I have been to so many places for service in Santa Clarita and Frontier Toyota is exceptional. Thank you to Alex and the rest of the service team. I was amazed by the deal I got for service, parts, tires, etc. They are timely and communicative about service and charges. I am a lifelong customer and I recommend them to everyone who is looking for quality service by great people at a great price. I never feel taken advantage of at Frontier Toyota; the service department is just wonderful and the facility is nice to wait in.
