Forever 21

I was not sure if I should rate it 4 stars or 3 stars because I love the clothing here it is very cute and one of the few stores that I can find cute plus size clothing(most stores clothing in plus size are old lady styles and not the most flattering) but I thought about giving it 3 stars because of the staff. It can be messy here and unorganized. Especially the clearance section it seems like everything is in the wrong spot all the time there is clothing all over the place and I get that is the clearance section so they know it's not going to be the best looking but there's also never staff around that area and I never see anyone clean it. It's also really hard to find workers around the floors not just the clearance like other parts of the store like I almost never see anyone around us questions for are you hardly ever see any floor staff. The cashiers here are usually nice I don't think I've ever really had a problem with mean cashier so that's a plus. It's a give and take with this store. I love the clothing it's cute but the store is not the cleanest at times. Most of the store is okay like it's not usually messy mostly just that area but I wish they would have more floor staff. I want to give it 4 stars because I like the the styles of clothing and the merchandise they have here but it's like the same merchandise at every Forever 21 so I'm mostly just trying to rate it on the store itself like the layout , staff , and organization. The layout is okay the staff is okay and the organization is okay so it's about a c+ store it's average.
