Fix Auto Poway

Took over an hour to check me in, didn't even ask what I was waiting for even though when I walked in I checked in with my name to let them know I'm here to drop off vehicle. Only came here because insurance provider told me to. I won't be bringing any of my own business here. To other consumers who are thinking of coming here or if your insurance is directing you her: you might have better experience than I did, this place does have 3.9 stars out of 5, but they definitely didn't leave a good first impression on me and first impressions are everything to me. I lost over 3 hours of work and productivity today, thanks Fix it Auto!
