Five Star World Travel

Called three times to get confirmation of flight info for my sister since I m picking her up from the airport . The girl told me she will email me the Information ...she didnt ..when I called back to check ..she said she's been busy. So I called the next day ...half hour into opening hours ..nobody answer the phone...don't think this is how you run a business. .so no stars if I could. If you have family stranded somewhere ...think they will handle it ? Don't know ..since nobody answers the phone...

Tina and San are very helpful with all my travel needs. Very responsible and they can speak fluent English, Chinese and Vietnamese . We have been their customer for years.
