Fidelity Investments

This happened a month ago: They treat you like a number. Gladly take your money. Just stopped in to ask if I can use the internet to print out something, lady in front gave me a dirty look as if I was begging for food and gave me some BS excuse that none of there stations are plugged to outside net. They have PCs everywhere and their customer rep offices are rarely occupied, later I learned that PCs in the lounge area just require an admin passcode. It's little things like that can hurt service with existing customers. Then stopped at TD down the street where I also trade, no problem got my printout..and later called Fidelity to tell that lady to pull my records so she could ID me, then told her to go to hell.
