Ferwood: Bad service, worse brisket. I wish I had read some of these reviews before dining here. Instead I saw the Bobby Flay comments and got excited about eating some quality BBQ. Here's how it went: The waitress took 30 minutes to help us, and never checked back after bringing the food. The brisket was so tough it couldn't be cut easily with the knife, the other meats were average. I walked up to the counter to ask if something might be wrong with my brisket. The waitress told me that's how it is and offered nothing further. I came close to contesting the bill but didn't want to make a scene in front of my girlfriend.
