FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I have to say, I have consistently had terrible experiences at fedex. I was trying to get my Christmas card done on their online website which is difficult to use so I gave up and came into the store. I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me named Cynthia G. Was patient, helpful, kind, and explained every step of the way, she printed out samples for me to see before committing to the order. Seemed like the rest of the staff was good too. But she stood out to me, and truly made my day and changed my opinion on using fedex office. THANK YOU

Terrible location. Completely disorganized. Beware they constantly want to tell you that your packaging doesn't meet their requirements in order to get more money for re boxing. Been selling on eBay for over 15 years and know how to professionally pack. Had Daniel tell me post office approved Brown wrapping on the outside of a box secured with fiberglass reinforced wet applied tape isn't good enough and wanted to sell me a repack. the fedex truck outside waiting for pickup took my package with no issue.
