Farmers Insurance - Mark Alarcon

THIS IS NOT THE AGENT YOU WANT!!!MARK ALARCON is the WORST Farmers agent he shouldn't even be representing this company he has horrible customer service. And after he didn't answer my questions I started looking elsewhere and he got so upset he called me TWICE to harass me and my husband with bad words an making threats that he was going to do all in his power to make sure that no Farmers insurance agent would ever cover me this is really a sad disappointment for me I really love Farmers and have all my business and home and car and life insurance policies and the worst part is that I cant even switch agent with out him dropping my policies first. He is very irresponsible, rude, and disrespectful that is not what you want from you're insurance agent. The only reason I am posting this is to warn people do not get him as you're agent Farmers is great but this agent is definitely not who you need to make you feel safe and secure. I'm still at a blank I don't know if he closed my accounts or anything I tried to ease his aggression by just asking when is my policy over he responded to me " I DON'T KNOW AND I DON'T CARE". Horrible don't trust this guy.
