First, addressing the prior review: Ann Appel has no control over the coverage itself. Ann helped me with my workers comp policies and is always available for questions. There isn't anybody I trust to be more knowledgeable in related matters. Any time I need to get clarification or make adjustments, she is on point. There's almost no waiting around for returned calls. She is absolutely a go-to in her industry.
