Fallas Discount Stores

My visit at Fallas today. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was so hot inside the store that everyone was perspiring. It was cooler outside of the store than inside of the store. They had one small fan on and the other fan was not working. The air conditioner was not on. The owners of the building do not want to have to pay to fix the air conditioning they want for the tenants to pay for the repairs. The owners feel that the tenants should pay for the repairs because they broke it. I know the owners are smarter than that and that's normal wear and tear the store is very old and I'm positive that the air condition unit is also.
