Extra Space Storage

I was in the process of selling my condominion and my first priority was to find a storage unit where all my belongings would be safe until a new home was found. Extra Space on Thousand Oaks Blvd was the winner. Besides the facility being secure & impeccably clean, the amazing staff Sue & Amanda were professional, prompt at returning my calls & were very reassuring when responding to my initial questions & concerns. Super friendly gals. I never write reviews but this time is an exception. It's rare to find a top notch well run company these days with exceptional customer service.

Sue was beyond helpful here at extra storage! She went above and beyond to help me find things I didn’t even know I would need with my first time storage unit. The place is so clean, the staff is friendly and it’s easily accessible! Highly recommend :)
