Extra Space Storage

Randy assisted me this morning with reserving a unit. He was friendly and polite. He showed me the unit and explained all the policies. He was very knowledgeable about the facility and answered all my questions. Randy showed me where and how to work the lift and double checked all my codes worked before seeing me off. The units and general area were very clean. They seemed well maintained and was pleased to hear there are 2 managers present as it is such a large facitity. I was also pleased to receive the first month rent free.

Jerry really took his time and energy to find a space for my car. He kept at it until he found exactly what I needed and then found a promotion and senior discount for me. He gave me outstanding customer service! He made such a difference in my overall experience of satisfaction. Thanks!
