Eva's Flowers and Gifts

I ordered an arrangement from the website for $445. Also, they website fails to show a service charge! The flowers I received were not what the picture displayed nor was it worth the price I paid. I called to get this resolved an was told they follow recipe however that recipe is not listed on the website instead they display a picture. THEY OFFERED ME 20 DOLLARS STORE CREDIT TO be used this month. DO NOT USE THEM!
