Love our eatetician Mia she is awesome, very personable and does a great job with my daughter's eyebrows. The complaint I have is with the ladies at the front desk....not very friendly and on my last recent visit I was overcharged for a procedure that was not done. I had even called ahead to have the procedure taken off and they assured me it was, but it was not. So I paid for something that was not performed. Wish I had a better experience with checking in and checking out. I stay because Mia is worth it.
