I’ve been trying to get a hold of one of sales team to update some software tuning on my bmw. For whatever reason, it seems they are always busy to answer back or schedule an appointment. So I went straight over there and even then, they told me they were busy and wanted me to come back at a later time when they called. Well, they never called. I had services done prior and at the time, it was also a challenge. Tried working with the same salesperson but again, he never called back.
