Background: I purchased a new Kawasaki Z900 from ECC. This review focuses on my experience with their sales and finance staff. Thoughts: ECC runs a very laid back and no pressure sales environment. Both Mike and Logan guided me through my decision and purchasing process without ever making me feel like I was being coerced to sign the dotted line. A big thank you to Mike for letting me take a Z900 out on a test drive before buying, that helped to solidify my decision about the bike. AJ in financing is an efficiency master. He was quick to communicate the details that I needed to know about my bike, warranty, and insurance and then got me out the door. The showroom floor is very well laid out with a variety of new and used bikes on display. There was ample room to sit on each bike and see how they felt. Overall, this was hands down the smoothest and most laid back motorcycle purchase experience I’ve ever had. I’m planning to return here for all future maintenance and hope their service department is just as great.
