Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Due to unexpected car repairs I needed a car immediately. I made a reservation using my Costco membership but it couldn't be confirmed due to a "glitch". I called main number was transferred twice then disconnected. I then received a call from the Menifee ofc telling me they had my reservation but no cars. She informed me that the Murrieta ofc couldn't come get me, couldn't transfer a car to Menifee and I was out of luck. I got the same runaround when I called the main number. He suggested that I get a ride to the Murrieta ofc. I got a ride to Budget rental ofc instead. I will avoid enterprise and suggest others do the same . Local ofc personnel had a snippy attitude and showed no concern for a customer.
