Ensignal – Verizon Authorized Retailer

I live 40 minutes away and can no longer use my current carrier (ATT) because I don't get service there. So I drove 40 minutes to give these people my money and a new customer and the two "ladies" working there almost immediately turned me away. I informed them I needed to switch carriers (GIVE them a new account) and they immediately looked at me like I was a bother to them. When they asked what devices we wanted, I informed them that I would keeping my current devices as they are more than adequate. That was when they literally told me they could not help me because of a simple phone call they could have made themselves. It was like they didn't want our business! NEVER use this location. They hire rude, disinterested and uncaring people to staff their store. Oh and BTW, one of these "ladies" was a manager.
