The lack of communication, professionalism, and abysmal level of care are appalling. Techs were incompetent, receptionist was downright rude, and none of the vets could seem to talk to eachother or get their information straight. Worst veterinary experience I have ever had and I’ve lived all over the US and had both large and small fur children receiving veterinary care (including mimics more serious and costly emergencies) for more than 20 years. This practice needs a serious management overhaul, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone trust the care of their animals to anyone here.
