RUN DO NOT WALK....RUN From this auction house and business. They are the most unprofessional organization. I made the mistake of bidding online on their August 27, 2016 auction. The item flipped while I was bidding which resulted in my posting a bid on the wrong item. Unfortunately, I was the "successful" bidder on that incorrect item. I contacted the auction house immediately via email. After waiting a week for a response I again contacted them via email. Again no response. They posted a dispute on LiveAuctioneers against me for lack of payment yet approved me for further participation in their next auction. I called the auction house and spoke with a woman who I was told was the manager. She refused to give me her name. She would not remove the dispute unless I paid for the item. I explained 3 times that it was bid in error and each time she refused. I asked to speak to someone else who would be in a position to help me. She transferred me to a man by the name of Peter who told me that he checked with the "email department" and was told he could not remove the dispute unless I paid for the item. I asked him to transfer me to the manager. His response was that the woman with whom I was speaking was the manager and if she wouldn't help out no one could. I asked why would she transfer me to someone who couldn't assist me and he said he couldn't understand it himself. Horrible business, and on closer inspection of their website I would speculate that most of their merchandise is misrepresented. PLEASE BE FOREWARNED! Do not do business with these people. I am surprised that LiveAuctioneers maintains a relationship with them.
