El Pollo Fino

Okay. I get it. It's flame broiled chicken! Who doesn't like the smell of barbecue meat fresh off the grill? But I have to say that this place is terrible and I don't recommend eating here. Besides the grill chicken everything else is terrible. All the sides are terrible. Special drinks are made from concentrate not home made. Secondly the place has terrible customer service. Not only do the cooks/cashiers have terrible people skills, they don't seem to practice proper sanitary food handling. The place feels cramp and dreary and has terrible ventilation. I wouldn't be surprise if they had a rodent or bug infestation. Lastly, If it's one thing I loath, it's is a restaurant with dirty unkept restrooms. Hand soap not dish soap please, with piss free floors so we don’t drag someone else's piss into our vehicles and homes.
