Einstein Bros. Bagels

Absolutely terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a "thintastic chicken pesto" bagel that ended up not even being on a thin bagel AND they didn't even put pesto on it because they were all out. You couldn't have mentioned that when I ordered instead of making me wait 30 minutes for a completely wrong order? And why give it to me when you know it's completely not what I ordered? It took 30 minutes to put a piece of chicken and cheese on a bagel?
