I am very pleased to recommend ED"S PLUMBERS. Everyone I have dealt with has been exceptional. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. My first experience was with Ed who came to service my disposal. He did an excellent job and I was confident when I later scheduled to have him replace my water heater. Steven is very skilled and knowledgeable. He has a friendly manner and is able to explain all options and answer all questions thoroughly. Justin helped me to obtain the best deal and to use the credit I received from a previous service. When my water heater was installed Ed was assisted by Steven who was also very professional and knowledgeable. I asked Steven lots of questions, some of which I thought might be silly, but she patiently and knowledgeably answered each one. I felt very confident in his skills especially as I watched her performing her work. Both Ed and Steven worked to make sure everything was done perfectly. I was very impressed with the quality of their work. I am very happy with my new disposal and water heater.
