If you're on a budget, it's a nice basic hotel. There are no room phones, but then who uses them in the era of cell phones? A nice mini fridge and microwave are a plus. It's quiet and if you're used to LA the neighborhood isn't that dodgy. There a grocery and Starbucks up on the corner and it's close to the 10 freeway so you're set.
