East Bay Veterinary Clinic

I adopted my cat from the east bay SPCA so it seemed only natural that I would take him for any vet visits or check ups here. I left work early to make it back to Oakland and got caught in traffic after an accident and arrived in the building at exactly 10 minutes late. The vet wouldn’t see us. I asked the front desk assistant to ask twice because this seeemd ridiculous to me. She told me that the grace period is 9 minutes. I will not be coming here again for our kitty. Any place that cares about animals wouldn’t refuse to see an animal because their owner was 1 minute past the “grace period.” Very surprised and disappointed in this experience.
