I came to this store because Azteca (preferred store in Escondido) didn't have what I was looking for. The guy was bragging about his business and made a comment about why I go to Azteca. & I was thinking maybe he will be good. I preordered a custom made Lilaic (plain) & it came out to be $27.00 (so price was a lil too high compared to other places). The guy mentioned he would call me when it was done, but it was the day before the party & still no call, so I made my husband call. The guy said ohh it's ready, so when my husband went he was upset and face timed me. The piñata had some (ugly) designs. When we told him we asked for a plain & showed the receipt (since it said that on it) he said oh I thought I would take it into my own hands and add designs. I was upset because it was so much money for a piñata I didn't even ask for. He ended up taking one of the designs but it looked like a bullet hole so it ruined the entire piñata. The man ended up giving us $7.00 back, so we ended up paying $20.00 for piñata he wanted.
