Drove all the way to the appointment to be told they couldn't find it and that their system has been having issues. To me that is extremely poor customer service. If you know your system has been having issues why would you not take the appointment. In addition, prior to my arrival I called and spoke to a representative who informed me that the appointment was set for 8:15pm and that he was calling to make the salon aware ( this was my first time so I wanted to be sure they received all of the info which is why I called).
I was super hesitant to give this place a try from the beginning so once she said that I didn't push the issue, I'm not begging for an appointment that I already scheduled. I was expecting excited, friendly, and efficient service. I experienced none of the above. Go to a regular salon and save yourself the time, energy, and gas.
