Dr Ron's Animal Hospital & Emergency Veterinarian: Simi Valley Vet

We have been clients of this vet for many years with more than one pet. Today we had an appointment at 3 pm for which we followed instructions of not feeding our pup after 8 am and bringing a stool sample. We arrived for the appointment and they said they had no record of an appointment and that we needed to pay an additional emergency fee of $33.00. Since our dog is not in an emergency situation we left. The front desk attendants could have cared less even though we had our instruction sheet from when we made the appointment. Needless to say we are looking for a new vet.
