All star customer service ..Jamie at front desk....we love you!! Gave us a late checkout and didn't charge, food was outstanding..rooms classy...bed pillows and blankets...wonderful!! Away from the LA chaos in it's own world right next to a bunch of shops and a casino we loved it there!
