Dottie's True Blue Cafe

I really don't know what's all the fuzz about this place. We waited there yesterday for about one hour. Though it was very interesting to stand around in a very shabby part of SF. We had homeless yelling at us, a lady was carrying a cat on her head and another one walked by bare naked. I waited in a lot of queues around the world, but this was by far the most interesting one. That's worth one star. The food and service I give 2. It's average food in an average place and a bit overpriced. If the staff would be more on the ball, there would hardly be a queue around the corner. Tables where empty for about 15 minutes after customers left, when we were waiting a party of eight people left but nobody moved in... Things like that make me thinking that it's part of the concept. Next day we went to a random place around Union Square. Same price, better quality, no wait. But also no entertainment while waiting...
