After reading all these reviews of one stars, I thought this won't happen to me. I have been ordering from Placentia. we have ordered a few times now. Some cold pizza, i think the orders were generally correct.
Well, tonight, our pizza was over 75 minutes getting here and our pineapple and ham was plain cheese and cold. Yes, also, Italian sandwich was cold too. When I called the store, first time i was on hold for 23 mins. I called back, you have no chance to say a word. I hung up.
