Absolutely the worst pizza, customer service, phone courtesy service I’ve experienced with any fast food/pizza joint.
I understand it’s 1 1/2 hours til closing. I understand it’s a national chain which probably won’t have great service.
Put me on hold without asking, the cashier was VERY rude and short over the phone. The online ordering system said they didn’t deliver to my hotel. So I called to verify.
Me: Can you tell me if you deliver to my hotel?
Her: We do
Me: Ok cuz your system says you don’t deliver there.
Her: We do
Me: .... (thinking are you seriously this rude) yes I heard you the first time...
Her: hangs up on me.
she totally ignored my concern and didn’t bother to say sorry sometimes the system is glitchy or anything.
I called back 5 minutes later and asked to order Cali chicken since there was a local coupon for a medium specialty at 10.99
Well when she read the price at $21 I knew it was wrong even with a $3-4 service charge.
I said I wanted a medium to verify and she didn’t say the corrected price, only that it would be 45-60 mins. I assumed she understood and fixed the price. I was wrong.
After the driver came 75 mins later I asked for a receipt. There wasn’t one, only the sticker on the box with total price. I showed him on my phone why that was wrong. He wasn’t concerned and said he only delivers and that knew the price when I called. He didn’t try to fix the problem or call the store.
The coupon on the website didn’t say carry out only.
So I didn’t pay and gave it back to him.
