Dominick’s is easily the best pizza place in Folsom. They make a New Jersey style crust that is like pastry. The Margherita is fantastic. I don’t think there is another place that even makes Margherita. They will also make a half baked pizza that you can take home and bake off and cut to your liking as it comes out of your own oven. A wide variety of pies by the slice is also available. Very friendly and accommodating. It’s the best in Folsom. Who would ever go to a chain pizza parlor when you can go to Dominick’s? The store in Granite Bay is the original and it is of course just as good.
There are three great local pizza makers in the area, Dominick’s in Folsom, Strobelli’s in Orangevale and Del’s in Fair Oaks.
