They told us we did not need a fork lift to receive the delivery. Flat out told us that NO forklift. Then they called 2 hours before the delivery to tell us we needed a fork lift and since we didn't have one, and refused to redeliver till we paid $165. After finally wasting time arguing with them and having to dig up old emails and bring in multiple people to this, I got them to waive the fee like they were doing us a favor. Couldn't admit to being wrong. Then a few days later they called to say that would be there in an hour and ended up taking 2 and a half hours. Whole thing was a headache and every step of the way they were not helpful.
