Friendly and chatty. Over-valued and got the feeling they are unwilling to negotiate much. Update- I was correct, not willing to negotiate. Most cars overpriced, with the statement of "that is the price". Asked to test drive a car and was asked if I was "really interested in the car?" How would I know unless I drove the car? Was interested in the car, but not interested in doing business with the obnoxious and insulting woman in the office. Trust that you can do better elsewhere. Ended up getting a better deal on a better car from Harrold Ford!
