Today I went into this store ready to purchase a $500 wig. I was looking for a full lace long wig. A Mexican or some foreigner was working the shop alone. He didn't seem very welcoming. When I requested to see a human wig he showed me the one I chose. I wanted to try the wig out. Meaning I check density I check lace I check the cut and I also check if there's a lot of shedding. I basically check the quality of the wig. The wig shed a lot. It was very dry the ends were horrible. As I rang the wig to check shedding again he got upset and took the wig out my hand and said I couldn't test the wig like that. I obviously then realized he didn't know much about hair, probably filling in a shift for someone or having a bad day. He also made it seem as if I couldn't afford the wig. For instance he said yes here are our human wigs but they are around $300. He said in this store we don't allow people to test wigs like I was. After that I immediately felt unwelcomed and discriminated. I told him never mind then because I need to know the true quality of hair before a purchase so I'll leave thank you have a good day. And he said yes please leave and don't come back. The wig was horrible. The customer service was horrible. That's why they don't have a lot of customers. They're always closed during business hours. No one hardly goes in there. I would not recommend store to anyone unless they're ok with being treated wrong and want to over pay for bad hair.
