Dickey's Barbecue Pit

This particular Dickey's BBQ is not good. The food is not so bad but the customer service is awful. I went in just a few days ago and it took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I would have understand a bit if they had been really occupied but there was only one person in there eating. The employees are lazy, rude and look like they don't want to be there. By the time I was about to pay for my order the man who by the way I think was the manager Terrence, had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip with my credit card. Are you kidding me?!! I don't know if that's something the company allows but this dude has some real balls to ask for a tip. This place needs a completely different group of employees because it's obvious the ones right now don't want to be there.
