I was concerned about the bad reviews but decided to take a chance. Robert kept his word on every commitment. The price, the pick up time, every return phone call. The price he charged me was far below his competitors. Based upon my experience with him I believe the warranty will be homered if there is ever a problem. As of now our rav 4 is working flawlessly.
